Chris Garcia is an associate in the firm’s Technology group where his practice focuses on representing fast-growing emerging technology companies, corporate formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and corporate governance. Mr. Garcia advises domestic and international emerging growth technology companies, venture capital firms and strategic investors in cross-border venture financings, including China and Latin America.
