Chris Garcia is counsel in Goodwin's Technology group, focusing on emerging technology companies, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Chris advises domestic and international emerging growth technology companies, venture capital firms, and strategic investors in cross-border venture financings, including China and Latin America.
