Jillian Gautier is a Knowledge Management Lawyer in Goodwin’s Debt Finance practice. Ms. Gautier focuses on monitoring market trends and legal developments, developing know how and delivering practice tools for the Debt Finance practice within the Private Equity group.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Gautier served as the Executive Director of the Samuel & Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she also teaches skills-based corporate transactional law courses as an Adjunct Professor of Law. Her courses include Corporate Loan Transactions, the Intensive Transactional Lawyering Program and Contract Drafting.
Before joining Cardozo, Ms. Gautier was an associate in the Debt Finance practices at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She began her legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Loan Syndications & Trading Association (LSTA).Professional Activities
