Haley joined Goodwin in 2019 and serves as the Manager of Law School Relations. In this role, she oversees the firm’s entry-level recruitment initiatives, including law school outreach, onboarding of Incoming Fall Associates, Summer Program management, and the firm’s branding and engagement on law school campuses. Haley acts as a firmwide liaison to law school career services professionals and students, strengthening Goodwin’s presence and promoting the firm’s recruitment efforts across key markets.
Before joining Goodwin, Haley worked in lateral partner recruiting and as a technical recruiter. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. Haley has been an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA) since 2017.
