Ian Goh is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds group, resident in the Singapore office. Ian advises both fund managers and large institutional investors on all aspects of private investment funds. On the manager side, Ian advises on the structuring, establishment and operation of funds pursuing a variety of investment strategies, as well as on continuation vehicles and other secondary transactions, co-investments and managed accounts. On the investor side, Ian has a depth of experience advising institutional investors on all aspects of their investments into private funds across asset classes, secondaries, co-investments and managed accounts.

Ian has represented and advised, among others, A91 Partners, Committed Advisors, FSN Capital, GHO Capital, Hillhouse Investment, LGT Capital Partners and Vitruvian Partners.
