Michelle Goldblum is Goodwin’s Compensation Manager, where she leads the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support organizational growth and employee experience. She partners with leaders across the firm to provide market insights, manage annual compensation cycles, and ensure equitable, data driven pay practices.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2025, Michelle previously worked at Deloitte as a Senior Compensation Consultant, where she lead job architecture, career pathing, compensation strategy projects for multiple clients. Before that, she served as a Compensation Consultant at Amerihealth Caritas, where she managed annual compensation planning, market pricing reviews, and pay equity initiatives.
Michelle is a graduate of Temple University where she earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University.
Michelle serves as the Community Partnership and Workforce Readiness Director for Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association (GVFHRA), serving as an active member of the Philadelphia Society of Human Resources Managers (Philly SHRM), as well as an active member of the Junior League of Philadelphia (JLP).
