Loren D. Goodman is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. Ms. Goodman advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including company formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, and general corporate and securities law. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Goodman was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, New York. While attending law school, Ms. Goodman served as managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and completed a federal judicial externship with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
