Jill Greenfield

Jill Greenfield is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group and Antitrust and Competition practice. She focuses her practice on antitrust litigation and other complex commercial litigation. She started at the firm in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jill was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she represented individuals and companies in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations.

Jill’s representative experience includes representation of:

• Leading multifamily housing provider in nationwide class action litigation and lawsuits brought by the District of Columbia, state of Maryland, and state of Washington asserting antitrust claims regarding the use of certain third-party software tools related to rental pricing;
• Teradata with respect to antitrust claims against the dominant provider of enterprise resource planning software, which competes with Teradata for enterprise data warehouse software customers;
• Robinhood in several actions against state regulators concerning Robinhood’s sports-related event contract activities;*
• BDT Capital Partners, LLC in shareholder litigation alleging the company paid an unfairly low price for its purchase of the outstanding shares of Weber;*
• The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and more than a dozen member plans in consolidated, multidistrict antitrust class action litigation brought by putative classes of healthcare providers, health insurance subscribers, and related ongoing opt-out litigation;*
• Epic Games in actions against Apple and Google, respectively, alleging anticompetitive conduct in the distribution of mobile apps and the handling of in-app payments;* 
• INEOS in several contract disputes with Dow Chemical Company;* and
• Qualcomm in litigation against Apple, which included claims for breach of contract and violations of the Sherman Act.*
