Kevin Grumberg helps clients structure and execute debt financings that support acquisitions, growth, and other strategic priorities. A partner in the firm’s Debt Finance group, Kevin’s practice spans the private equity, healthcare, technology companies, and life sciences industries. He represents public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, banks, and other debt providers in a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
His work includes growth and working capital facilities, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, fund finance facilities, refinancings, and restructurings. Kevin regularly advises on and negotiates syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, secured and unsecured financings, asset-based loans, junior lien and subordinated debt, mezzanine financings, subscription facilities, and venture debt. Drawing on his experience advising both capital providers and borrowers, Kevin helps clients navigate complex structures and changing market conditions with practical, commercially focused advice.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Kevin was a fellow at the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance, a 501(c)(3) public charity focused on providing operational assistance and seed capital to venture capital funds that invest in low-income communities in the US.
