Frédéric Guilloux is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.
He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, and has represented a wide array of financial institutions, banks, private debt funds and borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.
He also has expertise in Real Estate Finance.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Frédéric was a counsel at Shearman & Sterling, and previously practiced at Linklaters and Orrick.
Frédéric is fluent in French, English, and German.

- A pool of French banks in the financial restructuring of the FIGEAC AÉRO Group, a leading partner for the major aerospace manufacturers
- Efeso consulting group, owned by Eurazeo, in the financing of the acquisition of consulting company Argo
- Equistone in the financing aspects of its majority investment in Sicame, a global supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to electricity distributors

- in the unitranche financing of the acquisition ICS Learn, an online learning provider, through Skill & You
- in the unitranche financing of the acquisition of the Skill & You group, a French vocational and e-learning specialist
- Hayfin in the financing of the acquisition of the Batisanté group, a leading provider of compliance and security services and expert in protecting buildings and their occupants, by IK Partners
- HoldCo SAS in the financing of the simplified public tender offer for iliad SA shares launched by HoldCo II, a holding company controlled by HoldCo. The iliad Group is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Europe.
- Lauxera Capital Partners, as lead investor, and Eurazeo via NOV Santé Actions Non Cotées, as co-investor, in the financing aspects of the leveraged buyout of Groupe PSIH, a leading French provider of healthcare data hosting and management services
- LFPI in the financing aspects of the acquisition of the Metaline group, a French information technology services group
- Lion Capital in the refinancing of the Picard group, a French producer and retailer of frozen foods
- Naxicap Partners (formerly Bee Up Capital), the founders and the management of Cyllene in the financing aspects of the sale of the Cyllene Group, one of the French leaders in independent IT infrastructure services
