Wilson Hall is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. He joined the firm in 2022.
Experience
While attending law school, Wilson participated in the Law and Technology Diversity Collaborative, where he was a Goodwin Summer Associate and interned in-house in the legal department of Goodwin’s client Thumbtack, Inc. Wilson was selected as a Google Legal Summer Institute Scholar where he participated in Google legal training sessions and interned at another global law firm. Additionally, Wilson participated in the Facebook Legal Mentorship Program where he shadowed the commercial legal team in deal formation, contract negotiations, and product counseling in the areas of AI, payments, music licensing, and gaming.

Professional Activities
Outside of law school, Wilson served as a legal aid for the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center and participated in the Bridge to Justice legal clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Wilson served as the Associated Student Body President at his undergraduate alma mater, Sonoma State University.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Wilson was a Notes Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review, an Academic Success Program Fellow, a founding member of the First-Generation Law Student Association, a Galloway Moot Court Competitor, and a Student Associate in the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic. Wilson received the High Tech Law Certificate with Honors in Intellectual Property Specialization from Santa Clara Law.
