Kate Halloran is the firm’s Attorney Development lead for the U.S. Junior Associate Program, as well as Attorney Development Manager for Business Law junior associates in the Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. offices. In this role, she teams with Attorney Development Managers across the country to coordinate the professional development and resource strategy for Goodwin’s first and second-year attorneys. In Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, Kate works closely with the Business Law junior associates, managing staffing and individual professional development, collaborating with the Learning + Professional Development Team on executive skill training for the junior associates, helping to administer the performance evaluation process, working to advance Goodwin’s Opportunity, Inclusion, and Belonging goals, and partnering with the Legal Recruiting team to plan for strong growth.
Kate has executive coaching training and is Mental Health First Aid certified. Prior to joining Goodwin, she was a litigator focusing on business disputes.
