Nehama Hanoch is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and ERISA Litigation practices. She primarily represents plan sponsors, service providers, and trustees in all phases of ERISA litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and trial in nationwide federal courts and in investigations before the US Department of Labor.
Nehama is admitted to practice in Delaware and the District of Columbia only; she is working under the supervision of New York admitted partners at Goodwin.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Nehama was an associate in the ERISA Litigation practice at Groom Law Group, Chartered in Washington, DC.
Prior to that, Nehama was an associate in the Corporate Litigation and Counseling practice at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. In that role, she advised clients on litigation risk and represented officers, directors, and trustees in breach of fiduciary duty and commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court.
