Daniel Harper is Goodwin’s Managing Director of Technology Operations, where he leads the design, strategy and roadmap of our go-to-market technology systems. His focus is on driving our go-to-market strategy from a technology and operations perspective, as well as strengthening data quality and operational metrics that drive growth and informed decision-making. He partners closely with leaders across the firm, particularly in Marketing and Client Development, to align go-to-market technology operations with disciplined, data-driven execution.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Daniel previously worked at Coupa as the Vice President of Business Operations, where he defined, built and led teams across Data, Reporting & Analytics, Order Management, and Business Transformation. During his tenure, he played an integral role in an $8.1B acquisition, led by Thoma Bravo. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of US Operations for WalkMe, scaling a fast growth startup from ~30 US employees to over 1,000 employees globally and a subsequent IPO and purchase by SAP for $1.5B.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Southern California from the Marshall School of Business. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He is a former Division I scholar athlete and two-time Rose Bowl champion and has been very involved in his community, having served as a Board Member of the Marina Community Association in San Francisco.
