Alexandria Hasenkamp is an associate in Goodwin’s nationally recognized Technology Companies group. Alexandria specializes in working closely with founders, management and boards of cutting-edge companies on a diverse range of critical transactions. Alexandria advises companies on a wide variety of matters, including startup and formation, venture capital financing, PIPE transactions, initial public offerings and going public transactions, including SPAC IPO and de-SPAC transactions, registered equity and debt offerings, private placements, including Rule 144A debt offerings, and ongoing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters.

Alexandria previously worked as a Regulatory Compliance Director in the oil and gas, mining, and industrial construction industries.
