Reed Hash is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department specializing in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on advising emerging-growth technology companies. Mr. Hash joined Goodwin in 2021.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Hash was an associate at an Austin firm advising entrepreneurs and startups in the tech capital of the south.
Mr. Hash still resides in Austin, working remotely and enjoying all of the nature, food, music, growth, and innovation the vibrant city has to offer.
Mr. Hash is admitted to practice in Texas only; his application to the D.C. bar is pending. His practice is supervised by D.C.-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.Experience
Mr. Hash has represented numerous companies in early stage seed financings through late stage growth equity financings. His representation of start-up and late-stage companies spans the corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
