Margaret Hickey

Meggie Hickey is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. She joined Goodwin in 2017.

Meggie’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, venture financings, private equity investments, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, software and consumer product companies.

Prior to law school, Meggie taught science as a Teach for America corps member.

Prior to law school, Ms. Hickey taught science as a Teach for America corps member.

Meggie has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch for her work in Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law 2022.
