Michael Homer

Michael Homer is an associate in the Business Law Department at Goodwin. He joined the firm in 2021.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Homer was a corporate associate in the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm.

While attending law school, Mr. Homer interned with the in-house legal department of a public technology company. Additionally, Mr. Homer was active in the Berkeley Law New Business Clinic offering legal support to local entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
