Elliot Horlick is an associate in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice. Elliot joined Goodwin in 2022. His practice focuses on intellectual property-driven transactions for life sciences companies, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, co-development agreements, sponsored research agreements, clinical trial agreements, services agreements, material transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements. He also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and royalty monetization deals.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Elliot was an associate in the Licensing and Technology Transactions group in the New York City office of an international law firm.
Elliot is designated as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
