Frederick Howell is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group.

Frederick has a broad corporate practice, with a principal focus on private M&A and private equity. He also advises on corporate governance matters and other complex corporate transactions. Frederick joined Goodwin in 2026.
