Paul Hsu is a legal manager in the Private Investment Funds team at Goodwin. He advises private equity, venture capital, hedge, and digital asset fund sponsors, financial institutions, and family offices on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds. His experience spans the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, documentation, regulatory compliance, fund closings, and ongoing operational matters, with a particular focus on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands fund structures.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Paul worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
