Deloris Hughes joined Goodwin in 2021. She is the Attorney Development Manager for associates in the Data + Privacy + Cybersecurity group, the Business Law department Legal Specialty Groups including, Financial Restructuring, Global Trade, Tax, and Tax-Exempt Organizations / Trusts and Estates, and litigation junior associates in the Boston and Washington, DC office.
In this role she is responsible for onboarding, integration, workload monitoring, individualized professional development, and performance evaluations.
Prior to Goodwin, Deloris worked in legal professional development and training at law firms, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Ropes & Gray.
