Mohammed Jaljule

Mohammed Jaljule, an associate in the Tax Department at Goodwin, works on a range of U.S. federal tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, general corporate and international taxation.

Mr. Jaljule is a member of the New York State bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tax section of the New York State Bar Association.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Mr. Jaljule was an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where he was a member of the tax department. Mr. Jaljule is admitted to practice as a CPA in Israel.
