Carla Jewett

Carla Jewett is Senior Manager of Conference Services and Event Planning at Goodwin. In this role, she is responsible for planning and executing all aspects of externally held meetings and events at the firm. Carla focuses mainly on large client facing events and programs in her home office, Boston, as well as across the firm’s US-based offices. A significant part of Carla’s role is working with all departments and practice groups to take their visions, business development and ROI goals and translate them into functional and successful events that encourage networking all while aligned with the firm’s mission of being customer-service focused. Prior to joining Goodwin, Carla was Advertising Traffic Manager and Event Director for Lawyers Weekly for 6.5 years, where she focused on being the liaison between the advertising, editorial and print and web production teams in addition to managing large scale award events. Prior to joining the legal event sector, she was Sales and Event Coordinator at NXTevent, a Boston-based Destination Management Company where she learned and honed her expertise in the hospitality industry.
