Nghia Jones

Nghia Jones is a law clerk in the Litigation practice at Goodwin. She joined Goodwin in 2024.

Nghia’s application to the District of Columbia bar is pending; she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Nghia is passionate about giving back to her community. She serves as a mentor for Legal Outreach and SEO Law, guiding aspiring legal professionals. Nghia also volunteers with Georgetown’s Early Outreach Initiative, helping to inspire and support the next generation of leaders.

Before joining Goodwin in 2024, Nghia was a summer associate at Goodwin and a legal intern at the White House in its White House Counsel's Office. Nghia also interned in the Senate and served as a student attorney in the Racial Equity in Education Law and Policy Clinic, where she earned the Associate Dean’s Award for Excellence in Clinic.

During law school, Nghia served as an Articles Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal. Nghia was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team at Georgetown, where she was awarded several awards, including the Best Negotiator award at the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition.
