Jordan Kass

Jordan Kass is an associate in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. He has experience representing clients in a variety of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, hotel transactions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Jordan worked as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati LLP.

Examples of Jordan’s recent representative experience include:

• Representation of an internationally recognized hotel management company in the negotiation of hotel and private residence management agreements for a luxury hotel and mixed-use project located in Naples, Florida
• Representation of a nationally recognized real estate investment management company in the sale of a boutique hotel in Denver, Colorado
• Representation of a nationally recognized real estate investment management company in the sale of a shopping center in Birmingham, Alabama
• Representation of a nationally recognized private school operator in the purchase, sale and leaseback of a private school in Marietta, Georgia
• Representation of a nationally recognized real estate investment management company in the formation of a joint venture to acquire and finance a senior living community in Illinois

Jordan is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Jordan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck, United Stated District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
