Rachel Keeney is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Real Estate Industry group. She represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and hotel transactions.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Keeney was an associate in the San Francisco office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, where her practice focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including common interest developments.
While attending law school, Ms. Keeney was an Associate Managing Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
