Frank Kelleher serves as Assistant General Counsel and Managing Director/Court Procedures. He joined Goodwin in 1997 and is responsible for overseeing the court rules compliance, court filings, court procedures and docketing and calendaring functions. Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Kelleher spent 16 years with Skadden, Arps in several different capacities. As that firm’s Managing Clerk, Mr. Kelleher was responsible for coordinating court filings and related services across the firm’s domestic offices. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kelleher became an associate in Skadden’s Boston office, with a concentration in securities litigation. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and of the State Bar of Maine. Mr. Kelleher graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics (cum laude), and subsequently earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
