Steven C. Keller

Steve Keller is a counsel in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. He joined Goodwin in 2007.

In addition to matters involving fund formation, Mr. Keller has experience as a commercial litigator, representing clients in securities and antitrust matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Keller was a special counsel in the Palo Alto office of Wilson, Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

While attending law school, Mr. Keller was the managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law.
