Amira Khezzane

Amira Khezzane is a jurist in Goodwin’s Business Law department and an a member of the Private Equity group. Her practice focuses on all corporate and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of private investment funds across a number of asset classes, with particular emphasis on private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure.

Amira joined the firm in January 2022.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Amira completed an internship in the Business Law department of a law firm in Paris.
