Ben Kloss

Ben Kloss is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group.

Ben focuses his legal practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also represents public and private companies and their sponsors on transactions and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ben was an associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Ben is barred in New York only; his practice is supervised by Philadelphia admitted lawyers at Goodwin.
