Bill Koch is counsel in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice based out of the Boston office.
Bill advises fund sponsors on the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of a wide range of private investment vehicles, including private equity and venture capital funds. His fund formation practice ranges from working with established managers on complex, large scale fundraises to advising emerging sponsors navigating their first institutional capital raise. Bill also advises sponsors and investors in connection with the structuring and execution of complex liquidity solutions transactions.
Bill rejoined Goodwin in 2025, having previously worked as an associate at Goodwin from 2021 to 2023.
