Kara Krall

Kara Krall is Goodwin’s Manager of Conference Services & Event Planning Technology. Kara focuses on supporting and managing the event technology ecosystem, including Cvent, with an emphasis on the overall project management and continued development of the platform. She helps oversee integrations, support end-to-end event builds, and work closely with our team to ensure our tools and processes are used consistently and effectively across programs.

Prior to joining Goodwin, she served as a Meetings Management Consultant at Groupize, where she guided customers through structured implementation plans and aligned meeting strategies with business objectives. Previously, as a Senior Event Technologist at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, she managed the end‑to‑end development of mobile event apps across Cvent Attendee Hub, SpotMe, and Webex Events. She built scalable SOPs, trained large internal teams, and delivered on‑site support for events.

Earlier in her career, Kara strengthened her technical foundation as Meeting Technology Manager for Travel and Transport (now CTM), where she created and managed customized Cvent registration sites, maintained high‑integrity registration databases, and supported interactive on‑site technologies. She began her event career at Penn State University as a Conference Coordinator, managing the full life cycle of large‑scale academic conferences.
