Ashley Ladd is Goodwin’s director of engagement and culture, where she leads the Goodwin Experience (GX), crafting systems, rituals, engagement strategies, recognition programs, and community impact initiatives that strengthen connection, pride, and culture across the firm.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Ashley served as the director of people experience, inclusion & impact at Snyk, where she led strategy for their global workforce. During her tenure, she oversaw learning and growth programs, implemented a global inclusion strategy, and managed the organization’s social impact and ESG initiatives.
Additionally, Ashley held key leadership roles at HubSpot, where she managed a global team of program managers dedicated to the growth and success of the company’s award-winning culture. Her work included conceptualizing and implementing company-wide action plans in partnership with the C-suite and launching HubSpot’s first Black employee resource group.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric & communication from St. Lawrence University. Her commitment to community and leadership extends to her board service; she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Westminster School as co-chair of the Community & Culture Committee, and previously served as a McCurdy-Sprague trustee for St. Lawrence University.
