Gal Lapid Rogers

Gal Lapid Rogers is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. She represents emerging growth companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate representation and counseling across a broad range of industries. Gal also represents venture capital, corporate, and other strategic investors, advising them on structuring and executing their investment transactions and portfolio dispositions. Gal joined Goodwin in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gal was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and at Meitar Law Offices in Tel Aviv and New York.
