As the Managing Director of Total Rewards & HRIS, Nicole is responsible for partnering with firm leadership to design, evaluate and administer Goodwin’s global rewards programs while overseeing the management of the Human Resources System.
Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Nicole spent over 20 years with Covington & Burling managing the firm’s health and welfare as well as retirement programs. Additionally, she designed and managed the firm’s compensation system to bolster the market competitiveness for professional staff. Nicole is experienced in leading program design, analysis, compliance, and communications.
Nicole is graduate of The George Washington University where she earned her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Nicole is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds the SHRM-SCP designation.
