Lilla Lavanakul

Lilla Lavanakul is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She joined the firm in 2023. She counsels clients with respect to a broad array of intellectual property, technology, and commercialization matters in connection with their day-to-day business operations and provides intellectual property support for venture financings, private equity, and M&A transactions.

In her free time, Lilla enjoys figure skating and surfing.

Lilla was a corporate legal secondee at Samsara Inc. In law school, Lilla was a Civic Space intern with the United Nations Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. In law school, Lilla was also a legal intern at a late-stage technology start-up, reporting to general counsel and commercial counsel.
