Estell Jungeun Lee

Estell Lee is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Technology Group.

Estell represents companies through every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Estell was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s Palo Alto office, where she concentrated on capital markets and M&A transactions across a wide variety of sectors, including digital media and technology.
