Ms. Leonard represents growth companies and investors in the technology and healthcare sectors, where she counsels them on equity fundraising activities, corporate governance, corporate finance, joint ventures and recapitalizations. She also helps companies and investors navigate the complexities of strategic investments, including by regulated investors. Ms. Leonard has vast experience structuring and forming special purpose vehicles and venture capital funds and advising investors on related regulatory compliance matters.
