Yiran Liu

Yiran Liu is an associate in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

Yiran’s practice focuses on the representation of fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, domestic and international establishment, and ongoing management of private investment fund vehicles, including real estate funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.

Yiran advises clients on a number of issues, including establishing private funds through domestic and international securities offerings, representing sponsor entities in the preparation and negotiation of fund formation and investment documents, and counseling fund sponsors with respect to a variety of ongoing matters.
