Dina has represented individuals and companies in government and internal investigations, regulatory and enforcement proceedings, and complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Dina also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in immigration and civil rights cases, as well as in pro bono appeals and amicus briefs in state and federal courts.
Examples of Dina’s representative matters include:
- Multiple individuals in a DOJ and NYAG False Claims Act and anti-kickback investigation of a pharmaceutical company’s sales and marketing practices
- A venture capital firm in an SEC investigation into fund decision-making and fiduciary duty issues
- A fantasy sports company in an SEC investigation related to securities law compliance issues
- A large public company in an SEC enforcement investigation into the company’s disclosures in connection with a cybersecurity breach
- A real estate investment company in an internal investigation related to ethics and compliance matters
- Defendants in a securities fraud class action arising out of a clinical hold from FDA on a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company’s drug candidate
- Petitioner’s merits briefing in the U.S. Supreme Court in landmark immigration decision, Wilkinson v. Garland, 601 U.S. 209 (2024)
- Asylees in successful petitions for U.S. permanent resident status
- A former CEO of a global mining company against charges of securities fraud in S.D.N.Y. and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals*

Professional Experience
Dina received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While at Berkeley Law, she was elected Managing Editor of the California Law Review. She also served as an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, a volunteer in the California Asylum Representation Clinic, and a legal fellow at the Wikimedia Foundation. Prior to attending law school, Dina was an Investigative Analyst in the Public Corruption Unit of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
