Andy Lock is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined Goodwin in 2015.
Mr. Lock’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate matters in a broad range of industries. Specifically, he has experience representing both corporate strategic and private equity clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, including assisting private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation and sale of portfolio companies. Mr. Lock also has experience assisting clients in public debt offerings.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Lock was an associate in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
While attending law school, Mr. Lock was an articles and commentaries editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy.
