Inès Louguar is an associate in Goodwin’s Tech and Life Sciences group, with a concentration on growth equity and venture capital transactions.
She advises emerging growth companies, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, particularly technology, life sciences and healthcare companies. She advises clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Inès worked as an associate at Bird & Bird.
