PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
While attending law school, Kelsey chaired Berkeley Law’s chapter of Native American Law Students Association (NALSA). Kelsey also led the Native American Legal Assistance (NALA) student-led pro bono project, partnering with California Indian Legal Services to address Tribal Nations’ legal matters.
Prior to attending law school, Kelsey worked as a public sector consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she advised federal and state agencies on strategic project management decisions. Her project experience included advising a client’s COVID-19 response and outreach strategy, identifying and engaging programmatic partners and community-based organizers to address disparities in vaccination uptake, federal grant management, and project readiness assessment.
