Miles Lynn

Miles Lynn is an Associate in the firm's Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. He joined the firm in 2022 after qualifying at US law firm, Covington & Burling LLP and furthering his education in computer science at Imperial College London. 

Miles is admitted to practice in England & Wales only. He is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Miles has experience advising businesses on privacy and data protection issues across a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, retail, and financial services. His practice covers all aspects of European data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity law, including new and anticipated legislation and policy relating to innovative technologies. His practice primarily consists of regulatory and advisory work.

Miles has previous experience working in software engineering and data analytics at large technology companies, such as Google, as well as in smaller technology and fintech startups. In addition, he has worked on several of his own technology companies and fully understands the often complex relationship between product and regulation.

Miles is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
