Perrine Macorigh-Soupault is counsel in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice.
Perrine specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. She advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising, and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds. Her practice also focuses on private investment funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds) and their related operations and transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Perrine was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (New York and Paris offices) and at Gide Loyrette Nouel.
