Alexandria Madjeric

Alex Madjeric is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Consumer Financial Services Litigation practices. Her practice focuses on financial services and technology companies in complex consumer finance and privacy class actions, government investigations and enforcement actions, and general civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. Alex has represented clients on both sides of the “v” in consumer protection class actions in state and federal court. Alex is admitted only in Washington and Massachusetts; her practice is supervised by DC-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Alex started her litigation career at Goodwin (Boston) in 2020 before clerking for the Honorable William J. Nardini of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. After completing her clerkship, Alex joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan’s Seattle office and later worked at a Seattle-based plaintiff’s law firm. Alex rejoined Goodwin in 2026.

During her time at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Alex gained experience with administrative proceedings through her representation of a client in immigration court; serving as a student representative in the law school’s Asylum & Human Rights Clinic, Alex helped win asylum for her client.

Alex graduated with High Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was a Pro Bono Honoree with over 100 hours of pro bono legal service. While in law school, Alex received the William F. Starr First Year Award (Day Division), recognizing the first-year student who achieved the highest grade point average, and the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Scholarship & Leadership Award. Alex also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Connecticut Law Review.
