Virginia P. Maffei

Virginia Maffei is the Director of Attorney Development for the firm’s Litigation Department. She is responsible for staffing mid-level and senior litigation associates, and monitoring their workloads, professional development and performance evaluations. Ms. Maffei also works with department leaders and the Professional Development and Training team on issues pertaining to department-wide associate staffing and professional development. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2005, she was the Manager of Legal Research Services for the Massachusetts Superior Court and practiced as a litigation associate at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Morgan Lewis.
