Ilana Malkin

Ilana Malkin is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and a member of its Healthcare Enforcement practice. From 2021-2022, Ilana clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ilana was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2019. Prior to joining Goodwin, she completed internships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Ilana also completed a judicial internship with Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Ilana was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, the Co-Social Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and a participant in the Innovative Policing Practicum.
