Emma Mann-Meginniss is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group. Emma’s practice focuses on representing innovators and investors in the Healthcare and Technology sectors. As a true lifecycle advisor, she focuses on all stages of corporate growth. She has guided companies and investors through hundreds of financings and M&A transactions in a wide variety of industries and has a particular interest in the women’s health and wellness area.

Emma represents clients in a range of industries and markets, including software/SaaS, hardware, digital media, healthcare, gaming, customer success, and financial technology.

Emma joined Goodwin in 2014. She serves as Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Women’s Health and Wellness Practice, and as the hiring partner for Goodwin’s San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Emma was an associate in the San Francisco office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where she focused on complex intellectual property and securities litigation. While attending law school, Emma served as an editor of the California Law Review.
