Pareen Maru

Pareen Maru is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice, based in the firm’s London office. His practice focuses on establishment of private funds, and advising fund sponsors on various aspects of fund raising. He also advises clients on a wide range of related structuring and transactional matters, including their internal structuring, incentivisation arrangements, co-investment arrangements and cross-border secondary transactions.
